It’s all very simple!
Rub the chicken with our dry marinade and leave it for 30 minutes, or longer if you want a more intense flavor. Then fry, grill, or roast until the meat is perfectly golden and juicy. This marinade is ideal for all parts of the chicken — fillet, drumsticks, wings, and even a whole bird. With this marinade, you can achieve a crispy, golden crust that hides incredibly fragrant and juicy chicken inside. It is perfect both for quick weekday dinners and for festive grilling occasions.
